The man, the films, those blondes. Free DVD collection starting this Sunday

For the eleventh year running, theatreland in London’s West End is opening itself up to give children a peek behind the scenes.
As well as special behind-the-scenes access, the August event gives children the chance to see their favourite shows for free with a full-paying adult.
There are also special shows where children (and adults) can sing-a-long with the casts of popular shows like Joseph and High School Musical.
Children can also take part in stage fighting, and watch make-up demonstrations as well take ballet classes with the cast of Billy Elliot.
With over 30 shows to choose from, ranging in age from toddlers to teens, the organisers are convinced there is something for everyone.
This year has beaten all records with over 21,000 tickets sold.
A spokeswoman for Kids Week said: “Aside from the shows, we are sorting out a whole raft of free kids activities. Children can peek backstage, participate in workshops, dabble with make-up, learn to dance and even sing with the cast, and at some of the events we even allow the adults to get in on the act!
“Children aged 5-16 years can see an awesome selection of dazzling shows for free - as long as they are accompanied by an adult paying full price.
“We have secured a stunning line up of over 30 shows this year, so we are sure there will be something to suit everyone from the littlest tot to the most discerning teen.”
She added that it had been the most popular year yet and many activities have sold out, but advised that it was worth keeping an eye on the website (www.kidsweek.co.uk) for the latest availibility as more tickets will be made available.
Tickets are on sale now. Kids Week runs from August 15 - 29.
