Ingredients
Serves 6
Prep: 5min plus 30min to set
250g digestive biscuits
120g butter
500g Greek yoghurt
Berries or other fruit, for topping
A little sugar
Method
Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Melt the butter and add the biscuits, stirring to distribute evenly. Smooth into a cake tin or on to a sheet of foil in a baking tray. Allow to set in the fridge for half an hour. When you are ready to eat, spread the yoghurt over, scatter with berries and dust with sugar.
